Can you help me ID this pivot shoe?

No markings available. For a DH-B1-HP window. Series 3000. 3'8"x 6'0" window

The pivot lock shoe has a 530C number just below where the pivot bar connects. The pivot lock shoe is 2 1/4 inches long, 1 1/4 wide, and 1/2 thick. Do you have a pivot lock shoe replacement this size? Thanks, Mark

Broken window balancer, lost pieces inside (pulley etc...) so I need an entire replacement. It's a tiltable window. Dimensions are 27" long and 0.5" x 0.5" cross section

Hi Swisco, We just moved to a new house and do not know the brand of our windows. But, we have a couple windows where the pivot bar is no longer holding the window to the frame. The windows are (I believe) window world 4000 series. See attached picture showing window tag. I tried to raise the window and the right side didn't slide well. when I tried to pivot window in the right side was loose and I noticed broken parts on the sill. I'm looking for an exact replacement of this tilt pivot shoe sash carrier. It doesn't have any numbers or names on it. The only thing I could find on the windows was the Daco on the window locks. The windows are roughly 25 years old. Let me know if you have an exact replacement. Thanks ... (cont.)

We have several windows in the new house we purchased where the pivots are broken on one side. The attached pictures are of a good window since the others came apart in a lot of pieces. I'm trying to find replacement pivot shoes for these double sash tilt windows. In the photos, the bottom part broke off. I've been fixing my tilt windows with your 15-046 pivot shoes. Last window top sash the pivot bar was broken. It looks to me like a flared pivot bar 2 1/2 inches. If I am correct will it fit the new shoes? Thanks
