I'm trying to find replacement pivot shoes for these double sash tilt windows. In the photos, the bottom part broke off. I tried to use the 5/8" window spiral pivot shoes from TILT, but it seems like it's slightly too big due to two small channels on the front. 3/8" is too small. I don't ... (cont.)

I searched the internet and can't find these pivot shoe. They are all plastic. Windows were installed in 2001 when the house was built.

I need to purchase two pivot pins for the top sash of a double hung window. Make of windows unknown. Stamped 530C. The part is roughly 2.25" tall x 1.25" wide x .5" thick. Used with red tipped spiral balance rod. Residential windows.

Hi, I purchased many of the "blue" window shoes to replace bad ones in my windows with success. I've been fixing my tilt windows with your 15-046 pivot shoes. Last window top sash the pivot bar was broken. It looks to me like a flared pivot bar 2 1/2 inches. If I am correct will it fit the new shoes? Thanks

The assemblies to hold the cord are busted. The window is like a guilotine, however it can pivot on the busted hardware, but the cords are retracted. They can't seat in the busted hardware. There is a red tab at bottom, 2" tall, 1 1/4 with inside slide, thickness of hardware, just under 1/4 inch. ... (cont.)

Hello! I have a house full of Alside 0601 windows. Many of the spiral balances and shoes are shot. Could I have part numbers for blue tipped 5/8" width spiral balances that are 31", 25", 21", and 17 inch? Also, the shoes appear to be different on the right and left side of the window. May of 05 is able to be read on a faded sticker. Window size is 31 3/4 by 37 1/4. I don't see how you would get it in or out of the channel unless you make a keyway at the bottom

Hi, The part in the second picture is stuck at the bottom of the window track and won't slide up or down. I had to remove the bottom sash to take picture.
