15-046 Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

I have not removed the pivot shoe but it looks like a 15-015 without the screw to lock the spiral balance, based on the dimensions. The spiral balance is 42" but it has a blue end piece. It is 5/8" diameter. It seems red and black tips are only available on your website. Can you confirm the Parts ... (cont.)

I am trying pick out the proper shoe ..on tag under the window it says .double hung window 4000. Then it says 1/2 which I assume that the size of the pivot shoe

My technician said that the shoe is missing approximately 1/2 and inch from the top. This is 1/2" thick 2 inches the long way without the broken piece and 1 1/4" wide.

I have attached a photo of the parts that I need replaced for my tilt out window. The spiral balance has an outer plastic tube that measures 28" in length, 9/16" in diameter and has a blue tip. I have the Acorn single hung aluminum window with spiral balance. Where and how does the sash attach to the pivot shoe? Your tutorial doesn't show this very well.

Looks like the spring wore out. Windows are fairly old about 15 to 20 years. Was wondering g if you have a replacement part.
