15-046 Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

Hi, I need to replace a pivot shoe for an old American Craftsman Series 4000 double-hung window that was purchased at Home Depot. I've removed the shoe but, with only a tape measure, am having a difficult time determining the correct size. It looks like its 1/2" thick but may be 9/16". Also, I d ... (cont.)

I just bought a house, and there are several old champion double hung windows that need their spiral tilt balance and break system replaced. Piece is 1 1/4" wide. Channel is 1/2" deep. Entire piece is 5/8" thick. (The round part sticks up a bit more than the part that rides inside the channel. I don't know what brand the window is. I'm hoping either 15-047 or 15-046 will work. Your opinion? I might just order both as they're cheap, as lo ... (cont.)

I am not sure what this part is called, though it may be the pivot shoe. It holds the spiral balance rod at the bottom of the window track. The windows were installed in 1997 and most are still functioning well. I have about four that have a similar problem throughout the house.Thank you for your ... (cont.)

I already used 17/32"(part#15-015) but it was a little thick, that's why I ordered 1/2"(part#15-046). Am I right with this one or I am wrong again. Please help me with right part. Thanks.

I read in your posts that the 590CSB pivot lock shoe has been discontinued and noticed your suggested replacements, however my shoe has a white cam versus the blue that were discussed and the depth of the shoe is 1/2", not the 5/8" that was mentioned before. Found Pella name on window latch. I need parts one window has 28 inch tubes with plastic covers and blue ends. One window has 22 7/8 inch spring tubes with blue ends, I need shoes for these windows that appear to 1/2 inch X 1 1/2 X 2 1/8 and 4 axles. Can you help?

My measure on the spiral tube is 5/8 x 28 5/8. On the pivot shoe is 1 1/4 wide and 1/2 thick

looking for two parts, one is the plastic window slide inside sides of windows, second is metal piece on bottom of window. All windows were installed by Crystal windows in Queens.
