Hello - we ordered and installed new spiral balances S600-24 and 15-046. Once installed we realized that the bottom of the window was missing the piece to connect to the right side pivot shoe. Looking for this replacement part.

The 3 broken pieces in the attached photos fell out of an American Craftsman/Silverline double hung vinyl window that was purchased from Home Depot in 1998. I believe it was a Series 1000 window. Hello, New to us house. Double hung vinyl windows with no identifying name/brand. Several of the windows need this plastic part replaced that connect metal peg to spiral rod. I don't see any label/part numbers. I think it is 3/8 thick, and 2 1/8 long. The spiral rod is 1 7/8inch by 29inch. Any he ... (cont.)

Channel is 1-5/8" inside X 1/2" inside w/ a 3/4" slot. Total height of window frame = 64".

Is the color coding on this piece letting me know it is a particular size?

Are the pivot shoes the same for upper/lower sashes.

Width is 1 1/4" height is 2 1/8" thickness is 1/2"
