15-046 Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

We have silverline 2900 series windows with several shoe balances broken. they were installed around 2000. I have attached a picture of the balance, can you please tell me what shoe i would need and how to replace them. thanks

NFRC100/200/300/301 Single Hung Series NC1800J. 1998 installation by builder. I think the plastic foot/feet need to be replaced. Hi I went to open my window to clean it. I raised it up and when I dropped it down,it somehow came out of what I think is a pivot lock. I can't seem to snap it back in no matter how hard I have tried. Do I need to replace the whole lock and if so do you have it??

I am looking to replace some pivot shoes on my windows. I have included some pictures or the item that I am looking for. As far as I can tell they are 1-5/8" by 3/4". If there are other dimensions that would be needed, please advise.

These are pivot shoes for 23-25 lb lower sashes, 32'' wide, 37.25'' high. The red-tip spiral balance tube is 37'' long.

Hello, I am trying to find parts for a vinyl double hung window. I need 5 sets of the latches (left and right) and 3 of the pivot shoes. Pivot shoes are 1/2" thick and just under 2" long, hard to tell exact length with the broken part. Thank you! Aaron

On the fence between the 15-118(9/16" w/blue cam) Or 15-046(1/2" cream cam) Measurements show little bigger than 1/2" and little smaller than 9/16". I want to make sure I'm getting the correct pivot shoe for a 19inch 5/8 red tipped spiral balance. One of my balances broke and it appears to be 1/2 inch thick. The 15-046 was what I was thinking.

These photos are of the "boot" at the bottom of window. The spiral fits into these boots. I have a number of these broken in my home.
