These photos are of the "boot" at the bottom of window. The spiral fits into these boots. I have a number of these broken in my home.

Hi there, I purchased the 15-046 shoes based on your recommendation on what I needed. The size is perfect, however the circle inside that rotates to locking position is upside down for what I need. We need help finding the parts for the windows we added over 17 years ago. We believe they were purchased at Lowes. The shoe measurements (the best I can get) 2 5/16"H 1 1/4" W No other markings on the shoe. The pin only # is 1704. I couldn't find the odd shaped head. Not sure if this helps ... (cont.)

Hi Tom,I believe your pivot shoe has been discontinued, but either of the pivot shoes you choose could work. You will need to make sure the thickness is accurate so that it will fit in the channel. If you choose one that is too thick, you won't be able to install it. As for the top attachment that h ... (cont.)

I'm trying to figure out the correct replacement for this shoe. I have one that pretty much crumbled. Trying to measure one that has not failed, it appears to be 2" high, 9/16 Deep and 1 1/4 wide. Suggestions?

Hello, I have a window that is missing its spiral balances. How do I determine the length of the spiral balance I need to get? Are there any other factors I need to be able to determine the correct ones?

We are looking for a compatible piece for a tilt window. We are not sure, but we're told it should be a Silver Line window and the house was built in 2007. Any help in locating this part would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
