15-046 Pivot Shoe, 1/2" Thick

Good day, I am trying to replace the Pivot Shoe in the attached picture. I detached the Spiral Balance ( 22" long tube ) and removed the Pivot Shoe from the window channel. The picture shows the basic measurements of the Shoe and the diameter of the circular window seat. This window is 20 years ... (cont.)

We need help finding the parts for the windows we added over 17 years ago. We believe they were purchased at Lowes. The shoe measurements (the best I can get) 2 5/16"H 1 1/4" W No other markings on the shoe. The pin only # is 1704. I couldn't find the odd shaped head. Not sure if this helps ... (cont.)

Need help with ID of parts. Need confirmation on Window Balance. Looks to be stamped 22-3 GB5 CMC. Length is 23". Think is may be 23" SERIES 765 BALANCE, Product Code: S765-23. Pics are attached. Hi Tom,I believe your pivot shoe has been discontinued, but either of the pivot shoes you choose could work. You will need to make sure the thickness is accurate so that it will fit in the channel. If you choose one that is too thick, you won't be able to install it. As for the top attachment that h ... (cont.)

I'm trying to figure out the correct replacement for this shoe. I have one that pretty much crumbled. Trying to measure one that has not failed, it appears to be 2" high, 9/16 Deep and 1 1/4 wide. Suggestions?

Hello, I have a window that is missing its spiral balances. How do I determine the length of the spiral balance I need to get? Are there any other factors I need to be able to determine the correct ones?

We are looking for a compatible piece for a tilt window. We are not sure, but we're told it should be a Silver Line window and the house was built in 2007. Any help in locating this part would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The balancer is 28" long in somewhat flexible white plastic with black tip. About 7/16 in diameter. I also need two shoes. This window only the bottom window is moveable. Also do I need to notch the track near the top to replace the shoes.

could you identify the shoe? sorry about the rotation. Also the proper way of getting them out the track. there are no slots on the sides of the track to slip them out.

Hi. I'm having trouble finding this part. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is 1 3/16 wide at the top and the center of the height is 1 13/16.
