I am looking for a replacement pivot lock shoe as pictured. The balance is marked, "20 5 K02S CMC". And it looks identical to your S765-21. The shoe looks similar to your 15-046 except the dimensions are slightly off and the one I have has two slots for the balance attachment as opposed to three. ... (cont.)

I have tilt in replacement windows. They are between 15-20 years old. The upper sashes on two windows won't stay up. I removed these pivot shoes and I'm not sure what size replacement I need.

Hello. I also have a Ryan home built in late 1995 with Patriot Series 2000 vinyl single hung windows. I need to replace the broken pivot shoes on at least three of them. We need to replace the window safety stop locks, which should be easy. They are plastic and are basically fall apart when touched. More importantly, the tilt shoes are falling apart.
