I need new arms. I can see on the current arms. Entry Gard. top looks like 755. bottom of arm look like. 30242R??? I think I need part numbers: 39-031 and 032, 39-107 and 39-205 Can you confirm please before I order. Thank you

This is a circa year 2000 Windowmaster purchased from Home Depot and installed by my contractor. Looking from the inside, the crank is on the left and the window pivots out opening on the right. The part reads Entrygard and on the bottom there is a code 40754

Installed on Jeld Wen aluminum clad wooden casement window.Circa 1996.Please recommend replacement part. Also plastic operator cover dark brown.Thanks!Bill

The dual arm window hardware on a Norco French window-approximately 25 years old-needs replacement. In one piece of the hardware the number 20755 is stamped.

Hello, The handle rotates but mechanism is not working properly. TRUTH Brand 40471 0n mechanism and Truth ENTRY GUARD 20810, arms move properly. Thank you Alex

Hello, I am looking to replace 2 window crank mechanisms. One that opens to the left and one that opens to the right. The long arm measures about 10.5 inches from the end to center of the crank. The short arm measures about 3.75 inches. Thanks for your help! Mark

hardware is truth entry gard. these windows are 1994 vintage and i am told they are posey brand windows. the window has been used hard, blown open in past wind storms and do not operate well. hinge plates and arms have been bent. i dont know if operator requires replacement but feel like i shoul ... The arm measures about 9 inches. The house was built in 1960 and I assuming they are original windows. I am not sure of the brand of window as I didn't see any identifiers on it.
