This is to a casement window that was installed in 1989. The window opens to the right.

The cranks have Pella brand handles. I have one opener that is broken. Hopefully you can help figure out the right replacement parts. Thanks

I need the cranks for the window. The house was built in 1974. This is a wood window. The shaft is 3/4" tall. Width is 5/16", not including the teeth. No markings were found on the window.

the operator arms are 4 1/2" from the wood frame to the joint and the other piece is 5 11/16. The restraining arm is 7". I need this hardware and anything else you would recommend for one left hand window and one right hand.

FYI this is the opposite of the one I need homeowner threw out operator for left window. Please Help, THANK YOU!! Robert

I was wondering if you might be able to identify our casement window crank operators if I were to send in several photos. We have an office building with around ten windows most of which have malfunctioning cranks that need replacing. Thanks, Jay

I have a casement window with a failed mechanism- the piece that's supposed to glide along the bottom of the window frame has detached from the window. I can't seem even to close it by hand (without the crank)- it might be frozen. I thought it was a Pella window (because other windows in the ho ... (cont.)

How do you replace the window crank on a pella casement window?

I have a customer with Pella casement windows and several of the cranks only spin when turned (the handles themselves are not stripped). They are the long handle type, not the T handle, if that makes a difference. I'm assuming the entire operating box needs replacement (vs. just a gear or cartridg ... (cont.)

What do you call and do you have the mechanism that attaches to the underside of Pella casement window (sash?) that has on one end the piece that fits into the slider channel in the sill, the piece that screws into the underside of the window and a finally a metal bar that attaches to the sill with ... (cont.)

I"m replacing a 39-176 crank assembly on my old Pella awning window. What do I remove to get at the old screws on the crank body in this case? There is an aluminum track that appears to be removable but is holding the window in place. Thanks in advance for your advise Ray

Need to replace crank very similar to what your site shows but the arm length on the sash is 6 1/4" long. Do you have that? Ss
