I have vintage 2005 Solaris casement windows. Some of the cranks don't work anymore as the plastic piece that holds the set screw is cracked. I have attached pictures. The hard is in a Bonneville mulled double casement. We'll need one left and one right hand. The mechanism has become loose over time and falling out of the guide track so it requires removing the screen to pull the window in so the outside "roller" beyond the middle of the guide track then the mech ... Trying to replace an old casement handle that has stripped grooves inside. I measured and thought that 3/8" bore was correct and I purchased item 39-104. Gear inside mechanism must be stripped! when Opening or closing crank its a dead spot and handle turns ,but window does not move!

These casement cranks + operator look between a brass and stone color. They are original to the house built in 1970.
