39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank

I have one casement window that it appears a nylon bushing has broken so it will crank out but not back in. Looking for a replacement. the part number appears to be C-9400-1

I am attaching two pictures below. Hoping for some help identifying the correct parts. Thank you in advance!

I need to replace this operator

Pics of the faulty part in question. On the top, there is a Part Number of F-9400-A by the center circle. On the bottom, there is a marking of 1361484 and 052402 on the second swing arm. I presume the 052402 is the manufacturer or inspection date since we purchased the Anderson encasement windows in ... (cont.)

The photo shows my existing operator has three screws aligned with the geared pivot point plus two more screws on a smaller centerline toward the external side of the window. The operator mechanism is broken. What part do I buy to replace it? Screw spacing approx 2 3/4". Windows was installed around 2000.

The First Two picks are the Anderson Casement, Manufactured in 6/2000. Has #1361460 on it. I need both left and right. We have 4ea 20 15/16" x 56 1/16" Casement windows assigned as egress. However, the hinges provided with the window limit the emergency egress by 3". Please advise a hinge replacement to allow the window to open 20".

stamped on the top of the operator are the following 0-9400A-1 Right it is a double arm unit.
