39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank

The knurled peg to which the crank adheres appears to be completely worn. I ordered a new crank handle, and that does not function. Pictures of the crank part are attached. The fact that Anderson does not make the part number easily accessible is weak.

These were installed around 1986 when units were built.. I have 3 wood windows, all on right side with lock to left of the handle?when you open, they don't catch as you turn crank so it takes awhile to fully open. hi - this window was damaged by a bear getting in. looks like i'll need that bent arm assembly, as well as the crank and cover for the latching mechanism. also some of the wood trim parts and the screen. thanks for your help!

I have one casement window that it appears a nylon bushing has broken so it will crank out but not back in. Looking for a replacement. the part number appears to be C-9400-1

Pics of the faulty part in question. On the top, there is a Part Number of F-9400-A by the center circle. On the bottom, there is a marking of 1361484 and 052402 on the second swing arm. I presume the 052402 is the manufacturer or inspection date since we purchased the Anderson encasement windows in ... (cont.)

The photo shows my existing operator has three screws aligned with the geared pivot point plus two more screws on a smaller centerline toward the external side of the window. All replacement operators I see have a different mounting screw arrangement with two unaligned mounting screws with smaller ... (cont.)

The First Two picks are the Anderson Casement, Manufactured in 6/2000. Has #1361460 on it. I need both left and right. Second set of photos is a Anderson awning window, I would need the crank mechanism, it is stripped out. I belive the casement is a 400 series window from what I remember. Do you nee ... (cont.)
