Hello, Im looking to replace these window balances.They are either silverline or general aluminum windows.The MGF code on the silver sticker is KC1One set has G2440 and one set has G3440 stamped on the metal case which I believe should be size and weight of sash. Do you carry a replacement part shown in the picture. It is an aluminum window 38 years old original to the house. It screeches when we raise the window up or down.

The long piece is 29 inches long 5/8 wide 5/8 deep. The piece of window sits in is one and 1/4 wide one and 1/4 high

Rebuilding some windows and recently purchased Pivot Retainers (Product Code: 15-056) that fit the shoe. I now realize the shoes are not staying in place because of wear and a couple are broken. I have channel balances in my aluminum window. The shoe is destroyed. How do I get it out to identify it? And even more important how do I get the new one in?
