15-105 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

Only survivor of the 4 balances. Looks like a 28-32 lb balance on my 39 lb windows. No wonder they broke quickly. (first year) No shoes, should they have them? Pivot looks OK? Was the installation done right?

These photos are terrible and I'm not expecting a miracle - I had to be very fast as the tenant had a client waiting. Hi, we are trying to track down the cams for the sash locks. It appears we are only going to need the cam's themselves and not the whole sash. Are the cam locks on your site the right size for this or are their different sizes?

Your 26-226 Pivot bar mates the size I need for my Bonneville windows (Double Hung) - however I need the Brake Shoe/Pivot Shoe to match up with it - searched you site a bit but could not fine the one I need - mine is 1 1/4" high, 1 5/16" wide and 11/16" thick. A small piece of medal which attaches to the rope which opens and closes the window. this piece is medal and has fallen apart...therefore the window will not stay up and also is hard to shut.
