15-105 Pivot Shoe, 17/32" Thick

Looking for the correct channel balances for my Kinco windows. The plate on the window has the following information: Series: TW-1 SH AAMA / NWWDA 101 / I.S. 2-97 H-LC35 - 52x96 H-LC50-52-77

I am trying to track down 8 of these balance shoes (see attached pic). The shoe is 1 1/4 tall, 1 3/8 wide, and 1/2 deep.

I need channel balances that are 25 inches long without nylon parts/ends. The pivot shoe is in the track. Both parts is connected by a hook. I am stating that which you probably know. Cams are broken, looking for replacement part Part is roughly 5/8" deep, 1 1/4" high, 1 1/2" wide, cam is 5/8" diameter

I have three of these that broke, one is a left and two are right hand sides. The pivot shoes are alright but I am missing two retainers, one is shown. The pivot bar, when not broken off, has a sort of C shape hook to it.

We have double sash bonneville windows bought in 2003 the grey part the allows window fo tilt in is broken. I also have put a block to hold window open The bottom part on 2 on right are broken

The channel balance is stamped w/#2830. 29"x 1/2" x 5/8". What is the swisco part number that will work for this. Pivot shoe I believe is # 15-105, correct?

I have several vinyl insert replacement tilt-in windows with twisted sash pins and shoes. The only part ID I can make out looks like R1658 on the pins. Any help figuring out the right make (if there is a substitute i could make work, that would be fine also). Thanks! -Jay
