Good Afternoon, We have 6 types of guides that we need to replace on windows. They are fold out windows and I have the stamped number and quantities of how many of each that I need. All guides are the same in the home..just different numbers. There are no plastic tips on the ends of any of the guide ... (cont.)

I have a a couple tilt windows that won't stay up. There is a window balancer that has P2130 stamped on it on each side of the frame. I am looking for a pivot lock shoe for windows made by Kinco. It measures 1 1/4 x 1 1/4 x 17/32. You have a product similar but the zinc czm is not flush ro the shoe like in the pictures. Thanks in advance for your help. SC

Hello, The top of the balance was not fastened to anything.There is a screw that is next to the balance to keep it in the channel but the screw only serves as a stop. The pivot shoe the balance attaches to is the 15-105. I will remeasure the 25" balance once more to make sure it isn't a 24, the ma ... (cont.)

This is from my tilt sash window. I cannot find any markings on the window to designate its make. 2130 is the only marking that is on the balance itself. The spring is what is broken (see IMG_3028) so if a suitable replacement for the whole balance unit is not available would the spring be available ... (cont.)

no markings or numbers located. I did find a simular shoe on your site but I wanted to be sure it is the correct shoe.

This channel balance is 31 inches long.It came out of a metal window frame that is easily 20 years old. The only stamp I can find reads 3050 BSI?
