I will need a few new pivot shoes. The windows do not have any identification on them to tell what they are, but the closest looking shoe I found was on your website, so I am hopeful you have them. I need to order balancers for several windows that have broken. Simonton 1994 windows.

Just purchased this house and found this condition. Double hung window, 33WX30L, sash is 21.5lbs. The attached pics show 2 different mounting heights. I believe I need 2 S140-11 assemblies but where do I mount them? Also do I attach 1 coil to each side of the slide or just 1 side as shown. Lastly ... (cont.)

Hello, Trying to find the right replacement parts for 2 coil balances for a bathroom window. The broken parts can be seen in the pictures - the steel coil has a "3" stamp on it. I could probably reuse the pieces that hold the pivot bar, but I would definitely need new coils and new coil housing part ... (cont.)

Would like complete assemblies if available. Otherwise,I need two coil balance springs. Only numbers I can see in the plastic is a patent # 4.610.108. Also a number on the coil is 6 or a 9? Window sash is 22.5"x 22.5"x 1.5" thick. Window channel is 1.25" wide.

first picture is two pieces.top piece is the spring mechanism and the bottom piece is the part that the ssh hooks into and slides on. Second picture is just the spring and the third picture is just the piece that the sash hooks into that slides up and down. The windows are from 2005 and are made by ... (cont.)

On the broken balance, I see Patent #'s 5.232.208 - 5.365.638 - 6.584.644. Pictures are from a similar window where the balance is working fine. Do you know what this part is?

Hello we have 2 large Midgard windows that need all new bakancers and shoes, 3 springs each at 9lbs we were told. 1 window needs a new tilt and pivot bar. We watched the video and don't want to cut the vinyl to remove and install the new balancers is there a special tool that can spread the chan ... (cont.)

It looks like a doubble coil. I need both parts. The one that's screwed down and the part that slides for both sides of the double hung window

My customer has Simonton windows. Both balances and both tilt locks are broken. I need help in what to buy.

This part is the bottom pivot part for the window to tilt in. I'm guessing it usually travels up and down with the window but now is stuck at the bottom. I'm not sure what I need to replace this part left and right. On one of the springs is Omega #6.3 33", US Pat 5232208. The other spring has a 3 on it. Pictures included.
