I have six windows that need the spring assembly's replaced please see attached picture and let me know if you have these parts.

Can you kindly help identify a replacement part? Simonton Window, lower sash pivot bar is broken/missing. The pivot lock shoe is pictured as well. Thank you!

This part is the bottom pivot part for the window to tilt in. I'm guessing it usually travels up and down with the window but now is stuck at the bottom. I've tried several times to work it free but I can't get it to move. So I guess I have two problems: 1) Get this broken part out 2) Get its repla ... (cont.)

I'm not sure what I need to replace this part left and right. On one of the springs is Omega #6.3 33", US Pat 5232208. The other spring has a 3 on it. Pictures included.

The lighter plastic part is labeled as OM137 patent pending. The lower part is labeled 4.610.108. Thank you!

I am missing one of these supports. The support is 1 & 7/8" till 1 & 1/4 "wide at widest part amd the main part of the support is a little less and the support also has a rib facing the inside of the window

need balances full assembled for double hung with the double coil. can you please let me know if there is a full assembled part number. part number on the balance says Part #801020

Milgard Style Line Single Hung window (36 wide x 60 tall) tilt-in lower sash. Balancer mechanism is twisted in frame and can't remove lower sash. Suspect balancer is damaged/twisted. Not sure what part(s) to replace and how to get window sash out

Hello, I am looking for parts for single hung Simonton vinyl windows approx. 24 yrs old. Needed are pivot shoes and bars, tilt latches, balances and springs. The coils have w6.5 35" and the other has a number 4 on it, it is a half inch wide. I will new coils,coil supports,pivot shoe and pivot bars if required.

Hi, Have no marking on old coils. Cassette at top of sash housed double coils on both side. The length of the sash from the bottom of the cassette housing at the top of the sash to where the shoe with the window closed is 53". The window weighs 20lb.
