Hello, I am looking for window stops and the glides. The balances have Caldwell 28 4 DM and 24 4 DM. I added a couple to my cart after looking at your help center. Please let me know your thoughts, Thank You, Brett

I am looking2 sash latches left right who go flat at top of sash with 2 screws.2 sash spring left right2 plastic stopper who goes bottom window.The sash is 19" x 21 1/2"There is no brand name or part number anywhere.

Is this a top sash guide, or just a stop of some sort? And/or is the top sash guide actually attached to the channel balancer itself?

I need some window parts identified please. You will see the windows by IMG_3140 are Alcan. I need Sash Guides (picture attached) and a Channel Balance (picture attached). The Channel balance is stamped "3635" and the metal is 37" in length.

Several windows are missing these short valance track covers and I have to replace the dogging device in these tilt out windows. Looking for 10 more snap coversPlease AdviseThank youDavid

These are located in the window track which doesn't allow the window to go all the way up.

the tilt latch measures 7/16" deep 11/16" wide and 2-3/8" long the pivot measures 9/16" thick 2-1/16" long by 1-1/4" wide Please advise on part numbers I need. I have ordered the channel balances from your company, but I need other related parts.Could you help me in identifying them or an alternative(s) to them? this part fits in the top of the sash channel and appears to be an upper limit stop for the channel balance it is made of plastic dimensions are 1" x 1" on the left side of the "C" and depth is 7/8"

I was able to cut out a but if the track to better expose the pivot. Until I buy a snipper to cut away the rest of the track as shown in your video, I was able to better measure the depth more carefully and I now believe its depth is 12.5mm +/- .5mm, bringing its depth more in the range of 0.472" to ... Hello, I have replaced some of my sash balances, and all is working well. I notice that if I push the window up too far, past the Yale stop, the sash balances become disengaged when I pull the window down again. Are these stops intended to prevent the window going up too far? Thank you, D ... (cont.)
