both balances have snapped. The window is at least 20 years old and is mechanically fastened vinyl. The window measurement is 39.25" x 60.25".

Hello, I need help identifying the parts for a aluminum framed single pane double hung window. The window has tilt. I am looking for the pivot locks or a replacement for the pivot locks. Attached are pictures of what I have.

Can you identify and give me part numbers for the five items attached? Thanks

Spring coil had number 6 or 9 engraved in it and housing had making that says down with an arrow. Pivot for had no markings.

Can you tell by the attached pics what parts I need to repair this window? Thanks

Broken springs 1/2 in wide with #7 stamped on spring. Window size is 46"wide x 32" tall, double pane glass One picture is the unbroken side and other photo is the broken parts removed from the bad side. Spring is 1/2 " wide with #7 spammed on it. This PLS accommodates a coil spring that extends along the side of the track and keys into a top flange of the PLS. The PLS itself fits in a track that is 1.25" wide. From top to bottom it is 1.25" tall and .5" deep.
