The replacement windows in the house were installed in 1995 by "Windows of the World" Little Falls, NJ. They are out of business. The coil balance in the windows are starting to break. Do you sell these parts? Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Has ciuk spring balance and vinal pivot poing that is broken. the balance spring seems to be okay.The image is in the installed mode. Was hoping you could identify and advise me of the replacement part/parts needed to make the repair.Thanks

Surfed your catalog a bit and I think it's a #4 coil spring series 150 (#4 stamped on the top clip in picture). All the other hardware looks good. Should I order just the coil springs?

My springs broke in my windows. There are springs on each side. I checked your listings and I think my pivot is a 15-141 but I do not see the springs. The photo shows my hardware. Note broken piece and notch. What parts do I need? Thanks Jim
