Hello one bracket/holder is broken and the spring are not pulling the window back up. The window basically free falls. Please advise.

Hi - this is 1.25 wide - .5 inch thick and 1.5 ish tall. It does have a hole in the side where the coil screws into it. I'll need a bunch - probably 30 ish.

the window says comfort worlk on the lock , it is a coil balance, the window sash is 32 wide x 22 height

This is a part we also need replaced. Without the plastic spring retainer, it's 2 3/8" x 1 1/4" x 2 1/2". With the retainer, it's 2 1/2". We need 2 of these - the metal part which holds the pivot bar is completely reamed / wallowed out.

Hello, Have recevied a replacement constant force spring from another supplier and for some reason- it will not fit onto the round white plastic wheel. It is the same #lb weight and type of spring. Any ideas?

Looking to replace this system. I can likely salvage the springs in necessary and replace only the pivot shoe. Happy with either option.
