Hello.. I just got around to installing the new SWISCO spiral balances. There is a problem attaching the spiral balance to the existing Pivot Shoe. - The 2 catcher nobs at end of the spiral balance are spaced a wee-bit longer than that of the original spiral balance. Hi. I do not know window brand but I have many broken shoes that are at least 35 years old. Shoes I have now measure 1/2 inch thick, 15/16 wide and 1 and 15/16 high.Looks like your 15-046 shoe. That shoe is 1/2 inch thick but to wide at 1 and 1/4 wide. You have no other 1/2 inch shoe that looks like ... (cont.)

Unsure of model or year (another window from same era shows "Series 151 on the NAMI sticker). Need a shoe and 2 spiral balances and need to identify which replacement part would fit. Spiral balance Length: 29" Tube diameter: 1/2 or 5/8 (a bit deformed) Color: see picture

I am looking for the right pivot shoe. I believe it is 15-173. Also, looking for sash stop. The sash stop that is shown in picture is from a new window and doesn't fit the old windows. I have found the right spiral balances and tilt latches on your sight.

The measurements are .47 thick. .97 width. 2.01 length. I incorrectly ordered 15-045 and it did not work for me. Please help.

I have a small tilt window (Jeld-Wen, I think) which never has worked easily. I measure the spring as 3/8" x 17", yellow color code. Sash weighs ~20 Lb. I received #15-211 pivot shoes, 17/32"from you and they fit fine except slot to accept window pivot is different. See photo. I was able to use old part as shown. Do you have 15-211 type with desired configuration. Thank you.
