Looked all around windows and hardware, but there was no name or model number anywhere to be found. Customer wants to close on sale in 7 days, but really needs these replaced. I am looking for a replacement pivot shoe. Dimensions are 1/2" deep, 2 1/8 inch high and 1" wide. I have tried two different pivot shoes and one was to small, and the other to big.

Looking for Shoes that match the pictured part. 1" wide x 2and 1/8" long and about 1/2" thick.

I am looking for tilt window pivot shoes, for Trayco windows. I believe the paart # is 05-015 required 20 pieces for all the windows. Do you have these in stock?

I need to replace the block and tackle balances on three windows. The channels are 28" long and 3/4" wide. I would also like to replace the plastic piece that the window sits in at the bottom of the balance. The manufacturer is Florida Extruders International

The pictures show the replacements needed. I didn't see any distinctive markings on the items. I do have a few more pictures, if necessary. These pieces are from a window by Empire Windows. Thank you.

I measured (many times) the Traco pivot shoe with a precision caliper and I think that the 15-121 is the closest fit in size. I am replacing the spiral tilt window balancers with S600-22. The dimensions of the attached are 1/2" thickness (this is the thickness of the thickest part which is the little pivot circle), 1" wide and 2" tall from the top center to the bottom. Hi! Today, I opened my windows to lubricate the balancers. I pulled them inward to find that the tilt pivot bars were so rusted that they actually broke. The tilt pivot bars snapped from the balance shoes. We were able to remove the rusted pivot bars. I'm not yet sure how to remove the balance shoes ... (cont.)

I am looking for this particular shoe lock or pivot shoe. It measures 1" wide x 1/2" thick and is 2" long. Can you help me with this. It appears that it locks from the back.I have ordered parts with you in the past.
