75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

I purchased 15-118 to replace the pictured pivot shoes. The new pivot shoe will not allow me to hook the spring tip without modificatio. The pivot bar when I have to replace two of them, will allow my window to slide out of one or the other of the pivot shoes . I am using a 900 - 29 spiral balance ... (cont.)

Non tilt window and is the bigger one the width

Existing pivot shoes are 1/2 thick 1 1/4 wide and 2 1/8 tall The other photo is spiral balance retainer which is inserted into the sash track I need pivot shoes that work for spiral balance and pivot bar item #26-398

Need the right pivot shoe replacement to match 26-226 pivot head. The pivot shoe need to attach to spiral ballast.

Please help me to find same pivot shoe or alternate thanks

I measured the pivot shoe 2"long 1"wide and guess I don't know. The tilt window sash i think is little over a 1/2" and slides in the slot on top of the window free pictures

One of the parts has the number "5050" on it. spiral balance

For a single hung tilt out window Car# 199-134 Model sh-500 vinyl single hung dp-60

Windows are prob about 25 yrs old and still work ok. Love to fix this one and learn how to replace balance mechanism. Thanks much,Martin

The replacement windows in this house Winchester ind Bristol I need to replace 22" spiral tilt red tip balancer. The rod extension is 1 1/2". Most I see are 7/8". Do you have the 1 1/2. Or does this measurement matter. Also should I replace both. This is double sash windowsthe dia is. 9/16 wide ... (cont.)

Looking to replace the balances. white plastic tube covers measure 34 3/4" and they seem to be 1/2' round. S600-35, black tip I believe are the balances.Also need the pivot shoes. Need to send photo of balancer and window slide keeper

I have a customer needing 4 spiral window balances pictured below. They are 3/8? diameter but they have a white tip. Length of tube is 28-1/2?. Also need shoes for these which measure 1-1/4? wide x 2? tall and are ½? thick. Please let me know what you have for this.

The rods come with a white grease smeared (inside the tube) on the metal spiral. It means you won't need to lubricate the balances again for two to five years.Charging is necessary to get the balance to provide the right amount of lift.
