75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

I have ten windows in my home with Boreal windows which I think is a line from VinylTech. They are about 22 years old and many of these plastic pivot shoes have failed. They have split at the bottom and now the cams pull out when the windows are lowered.

The label is showing the window type, and the pic of the plastic insert that attaches to the spring is the part that we need. It's plastic, but metal would be okay also. This is the piece that will stop the window from going any higher if it is pulled out It measures 5/16 inches wide and is 1-3/16" long.

The original balances are green tipped. You offer red, blue and black tips. If it's a tossup between two colors I would prefer to go to the more heavy duty. What would be the color tip replacements of your product? Thank you, Tony

Hi I have owned a double wide for 22 years that have carefree windows need a few balances. How do I go about ordering right ones. What do I need to measure? Also have a few broken shoes. So that also what do I measure?

I need to replace few pivot boots for windows in my home. I measured the depth and it is between 1/4" and 5/8". It is surely not 5/8",more like 9/16". Hello, The need to replace several broken pivot bars on my 15 year old Crystal tilt sash windows. I'm not able to get the broken pieces out of the shoe while in the jamb so I'm not sure if the shoes need to be replaced as well. This part is screwed onto the lower corners of the sash and fits into the pivot shoe which is attached to the swirl balance.
