Hi I have owned a double wide for 22 years that have carefree windows need a few balances. How do I go about ordering right ones. What do I need to measure? Also have a few broken shoes. So that also what do I measure?

I need to replace few pivot boots for windows in my home. I measured the depth and it is between 1/4" and 5/8". It is surely not 5/8",more like 9/16". Looks like I should go for 15-046, which is 1/4", rather than 15-047, which may not go into that slot. Just wanted to confirm that is the right choic ... (cont.)

I can not find window name attached pictures of what I need the window balacer. It is 3./8 wide. Tip to tip 28in. The top plastic is the broken part I need for 4 windows both sides

I ordered 28 series 900 balances, but they are not a good fit. (order 1009692). I will have to return them. What do you suggest?

Hello, The need to replace several broken pivot bars on my 15 year old Crystal tilt sash windows. I'm not able to get the broken pieces out of the shoe while in the jamb so I'm not sure if the shoes need to be replaced as well. I only have pictures of the broken off bar in the shoe and a few piece ... (cont.)

This part is screwed onto the lower corners of the sash and fits into the pivot shoe which is attached to the swirl balance.

I need parts to repair my twister balances. it appears some of the end mounts are broken. I am also in need of about 30 screen tabs as depicted in the first picture. Thank you

I purchased 15-118 to replace the pictured pivot shoes. The new pivot shoe will not allow me to hook the spring tip without modificatio. The pivot bar when I have to replace two of them, will allow my window to slide out of one or the other of the pivot shoes . I am using a 900 - 29 spiral balance ... (cont.)

Existing pivot shoes are 1/2 thick 1 1/4 wide and 2 1/8 tall The other photo is spiral balance retainer which is inserted into the sash track I need pivot shoes that work for spiral balance and pivot bar item #26-398

I measured the pivot shoe 2"long 1"wide and guess I don't know. The tilt window sash i think is little over a 1/2" and slides in the slot on top of the window free pictures
