I have 9 windows ( CARE FREE ) that would be 18 springs and 18 slides 1/2 in dim.?

Thumb button actuator and shoe as seen in images. Not sure the brand, see no identifying numbers. Window guy told us should be easy to find on-line and replace ... so far as my 3 hour search says he is wrong lol! the tilt latch measures 7/16" deep 11/16" wide and 2-3/8" long the pivot measures 9/16" thick 2-1/16" long by 1-1/4" wide Please advise on part numbers I need. I have identified 15-118 as the pivot shoe I need. My version has a screw apparently to tighten the grip on the tip of the balancer or to keep it from slipping out. Hello, Your 15-015 has the right outside dimensions, but I'm not sure about the size of the pivot bar pocket. My pivot bar has a stamped U shape, 0.315 wide by 0.190 high. The pocket in the shoe is about .33x.22. Will the 15-015 accept the pivot bar I have? Also, my spring balances are unlike anyt ... (cont.)

THe "cam" that the window locks into has broken on one side (in 2 seperate windows). I am looking for replacement part to match. Jeld-wen has of course discontinued this model. Thank you, Randy

These are Thermolock windows installed in 1999. Cam measures approximately 1-3/8"wide, 2-1/16" tall, 9/16" deep. Will also need a spiral tensioner tool.
