It's me again. How do I identify these balance SHOES? Also, do I really need that white spacer thing? (one pic shows it with correct alignment, other pic shows it jammed at an angle). Do they come with the shoe or do I order them separately? regards,Eric

I have a spiral balance that has a white plastic housing that measures 28 inches in length and 3/8inches round. The spiral completely extended adds another 28 inches to the length. Hi there, I have a broken pivot shoe and spiral balance from a window with no identifiable markings. The pivot shoe is 2?x1.25?x.5?. I didn?t see any options that had the similar curved metal piece, so I was hoping for an alternate suggestion. Thanks! Melissa

The windows are 19 years old and the majority of them have at least one side broken and it seems to be in the same area. I have no idea from your parts pictures exactly what parts I need. Thanks for your help.

I'm having trouble with Patriot double hung tilt windows Series 2200 that were installed throughout our house in 1996. The windows have become very difficult to slide open and closed. the tilt latch measures 7/16" deep 11/16" wide and 2-3/8" long the pivot measures 9/16" thick 2-1/16" long by 1-1/4" wide Please advise on part numbers I need. Hello, Your 15-015 has the right outside dimensions, but I'm not sure about the size of the pivot bar pocket. My pivot bar has a stamped U shape, 0.315 wide by 0.190 high. The pocket in the shoe is about .33x.22. Will the 15-015 accept the pivot bar I have? Also, my spring balances are unlike anyt ... (cont.)
