I have two Better Bilt tilt windows from about 1996 that have broken pivot bars. The bars are 2 1/2 x 5/16 x 3/16. The shoes are 1/2 x 2 1/4 x 1 1/4. The nylon housing has become damaged due to the rusted bar. What would be the best replacement parts for these window parts?

Hi there, I have a broken pivot shoe and spiral balance from a window with no identifiable markings. The pivot shoe is 2?x1.25?x.5?. I didn?t see any options that had the similar curved metal piece, so I was hoping for an alternate suggestion. Thanks! Melissa

The windows are 19 years old and the majority of them have at least one side broken and it seems to be in the same area. I have no idea from your parts pictures exactly what parts I need. Thanks for your help.

I'm having trouble with Patriot double hung tilt windows Series 2200 that were installed throughout our house in 1996. The windows have become very difficult to slide open and closed. Dimensions: 2"tall X 1-3/16" wide X 5/8" thick. Part# on back is either 6119398 or could be 6119998. Hard to read number, most likely the first number. It has a metal cam.
