75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

We believe the window is a Care Free Window. Our house is a Dutch Housing, Inc. manufactured home built is 1991. It is a 53 x 46 inch window, the tilt part weighs 21.2 lbs., 25 3/4" long and 3/8 diameter.

I Need 2 Pivot Shoes(picture attached has code: 530C). Not sure on depth? I think its 1/2 inch but hard to measure without taking it out. Can you confirm with this code? Also, need 2 spiral balances (picture attached)(red) (appears to be the 5/8") 21 inch long. Maybe the spiral balance too ... (cont.)

Instead of fixing the top sash spiral balances, I'm looking to fix the top sash in place. I believe the window is a Traco Tr5000. Is there a bracket or clip that I can attach under the pivot shoe in the track and screw into? This is a picture of the pivot shoe.

Hi. I need to replace some broken pivot shoes. Pic 1 is of working shoe, pic 2 is of broken shoe in the channel, pic 3 is of the shoe removed. Do you know what part number? and the measurements are 1/2 D x 1 1/4 W x 2 inch L and the spiral tilt window balance is 9/16 Blue x 17 inches [need part # also], Thanks I used to bring my windows and screens to you in Camden Thanks Sean

The pivot shoe is 5/8? deep. The springs are around 30?. I think you can see the other dimensions in my photos. Hope you can help us. Pat
