75-006 Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Tilt Windows

a customer has a 1980s tilt out double hung, enclosed are 2 pics, one of a shoe? that attaches to sash, the other of a broken plastic circle attached to the spiral balancer, the round shoe seems to fit into the broken plastic circle.

Plastic (or nylon?) insert is broken on one side of window frame. These are photos of the unbroken part. It is a rotating fitting. The metal "ears" at the bottoms of the top window sash are inserted into the rotating fitting. Believe the windows were made by ?Thermal Industries, out of Pitts ... (cont.)

Hi I have 6 double hung windows in need of new hardware, Pivot shoes and pivot bars. My math tells me that I need 24 pieces of each and if I purchase 25 of each I'm farther ahead and I will then have a spare of each. I also need a spiral balance charging tool. Hello I am trying to fix some double hung vinyl windows on a house that I have recently purchased. I am missing several pivot bars and several of the shoes are broken. I do not know the make of the windows. Any help would be appreciated.

Hope you can assist in identifying these parts. No model #'s seen for these windows. Windows (2) were placed incorrectly after cleaning and forced closed resulting in damaged parts. I can supply more photos and measurements upon request.

I am looking for replacement Tube Balances for my white vinyl clad double hug tilt windows. The tube balances in my window are 26 inches long, they just over a half inch 1/2 in diameter and narrower than five eights 5/8. I need to replace the spiral balances for some of my MW vinyl windows. The balance has a vinyl cover over the metal. The diameter of the balance with the vinyl cover is 5/8" without it is 3/8". The length is 27" with cover and about 26 3/8" without cover with the red tip. I am thinking balance model ... (cont.)

I'm not sure what series I need to order. I have two different size windows I need to order parts for. The one in the picture with the white tip is 17 inches. Another window has a red tip and is 25 inches Please help me get the correct spiral balance.

I bought a replacement 28" series 900 spiral balance for my window. I measured the broken one and it is 28". My spiral balances on 7 tilt windows are plastic tubes and there is no tip. There is a circular guide in the channel (IMG_0226) that will slide in the channel.
