I have Alside Windows Tilt Windows installed in 2012. I think the model number is 301. I have enclosed pctures of Pivot Bar, Pivot Shoe, and Tllt Latch. The Pivot Bar looks like your part 28-486 (lenght and hole pattern match). I am not sure about the Shoe and Latch (need both directions). Ther ... (cont.)

Hello one bracket/holder is broken and the spring are not pulling the window back up. The window basically free falls. Please advise.

I need window balance coil replacements. The only marking I see is a '5'. 5lb I guess? Can you help me with the parts I need?

Pivot shoe

Hi - this is 1.25 wide - .5 inch thick and 1.5 ish tall. It does have a hole in the side where the coil screws into it. I'll need a bunch - probably 30 ish.

the window says comfort worlk on the lock , it is a coil balance, the window sash is 32 wide x 22 height

This is a part we also need replaced. Without the plastic spring retainer, it's 2 3/8" x 1 1/4" x 2 1/2". With the retainer, it's 2 1/2". We need 2 of these - the metal part which holds the pivot bar is completely reamed / wallowed out.

I have attached two photos of the balance with my guess on the possible solution, 15-177. Best match I saw. Theses windows were distributed by ABC Vinyl early 2000's. Need two sets including top and coils. Thanks

Hello, I am repairing some windows in a house I just bought, the top windows would not stay up, I found that the metal bits in many of these shoes and many of the pins were broken or cracked. Hi my window will not stay open. I need to replace the coil springs and the pivot shoes. The coil springs have no numbers on them and the window has no name on it. Please let me know which coil springs and pivot shoes I need. Thanks
