I spoke to your rep. and what I described was told is a window balance. I will need assistance with the installation.

it looks like the spring has broken as well. I would like to replace it.

I have several of these pivot lock shoes broken on what I believe are anderson windows but can't see the exact duplicate on your pivit lock page. Can you look these pictures over and advise me as to the correct p/n to order from you.

I have a Two windows that need all four coil balancers replaced. You have most of the individual parts, but one of them is discontinued. Wondering if there is a all-in-one or universal coil balancer that could fit my window. 6 pound one and a quarter inch wide

No markings found. Window balance ? Pegs in window go onto them and allow them to go up and down and stay open.

Hello, below is all the data I have on the window. Its in a local cat shelter so I don't know how the RH pivot shoe got damaged. I have an Allianced window, picture included of the window identifier, not sure if one of those is a model#, but it is Alliance.
