15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue

Coil is 1/2" wide with the letter "E" stamped on it. I need 2 coils and 2 covers. The window weighs 11.1 lbs. Can I use the existing boot or do I need to replace that too?

Looking for replacement. Just want to verify what part it is before I order. I have ordered them before but only saved the reference number and not the part number. Thank's for the help .

The metal cam in the pivot lock shoe has broken on several of my double-hung replacement windows. The cam is 5/8" diameter (the shoe is 1.5" x 1.5%. Do you have replacement cams?

Hi. We really just need the bushing for this part, but would like them in heavy plastic/not white metal. 1 1/4 x 5/8 x 1 3/8, but add 1/32 to each measurement. These were soft lite windows. Thank you. Bob Need 30 of them.

Pls check to see which parts are required. I see the #8 on the spring. Hopefully, the measurements help. Pls let know is I must change out the screws or covers whatever that might be.

The tensioner seems to be working properly but the cam is sheared off. Unfortunately i do not have a manufacturer or much more information to go off of. Thank you for any help you could provide.

I need to replace 8 coil balances marked with the letter "E". They are 1/2" wide and being used in conjuction with your part numbers 15-177 and 26-316. Does the letter indicate the weight, or do I need to weigh the sash and divide by two? Thank you.

Pivot shoe and coil#10. Cannot get right shoe to rotate enough to release from sash. Any suggestions?

The part on your sie shows 1 1/2" H by 1 1/4"w by 9/16" d. Mine is the same except mine is 1 3/4" h. Not sure but I think might of been made by seaway in Erie, PA. I did not remove it because I wasn't sure of breaking it further I rotated window holder straight up so it now is holding window so ican ... (cont.)

This is off an alliance window. Im looking for the metal insert that is broken. Do you sell just this part or do I have to get a kit? I do maintenance on duplexs and this is a very commom problem with these windows so would be looking for a few.
