Hello, Have recevied a replacement constant force spring from another supplier and for some reason- it will not fit onto the round white plastic wheel. It is the same #lb weight and type of spring. Any ideas?

Looking to replace this system. I can likely salvage the springs in necessary and replace only the pivot shoe. Happy with either option.

Hello - Balance spring broke on the right side channel of window - broken-off spring remnant is shown in third picture. The lower sash is too heavy to raise so we have to keep it closed. Older Ashland? Window. The bottom thingy that acts as the brake doesn't travel with the window. See pics for measurements. About 1.25" tall. Is this repairable by handy homeowner?

My problem is the metal connector that fits into window pole is too narrow, see attached photos. Do you have a different part?

Hello, below is all the data I have on the window. Its in a local cat shelter so I don't know how the RH pivot shoe got damaged.
