the medal part of the pivot show broke off, and the coil isn't connected to it either. What parts do I need and how do I replace and repair them?

The only marking i can see on this part is the letter "C" above the metal piece.

This came from our window world tilt cam

Looking to replace pivot shoe cam. It appears to be removable from the assembly.

Trying to replace the balance coils on a double hung window and can't seem to find the right ones. This is a double coil with 5k stamped on both coils. I'm looking to replace the coils and the "shoe", I think that's what it is called. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you ... (cont.)

I have double hung windows and the balance shoe is no longer working on several of them. I don't see any kind of markings on them, which is why I'm sending the picture. Hopefully you can help.

Where do they stamp the weight for the coil balance spring? Is that what the 3 stands for? 3lb?

This is the unbroken component. Only the Zinc piece is broken. Can that alone be replaced or do I replace the entire piece? This is attached to 2 coil spring balances. Please note that the end of the ruler is about 1/16". Appears to be 1 1/4" tall, 1/2" wide and 1/2" deep/thick

Hello, Please look at the coil balance part Coil balance ABCDEF 7 lb. I need replacement for that.

As you can see, the shoes are trash, both the upper sash supported by the tri-fecta of springs and the lower sash sporting two spring sets. Our sloppy measurements from a tape measure appears to be 1 9/16, maybe 1 17/32nds wide by 9/16" thick. I believe the height of the shoe is a mute point. Str ... (cont.)

I need to replace several coil balance shies doe to broken cams. All of the springs appear to be okay, however, some have broken covers/barrels that need to be replaced. I am unsure of brand or age. Thank you!

The attached are from my window and as can be seen it is broken. I am not sure the name of the part nor model number of window. The brand name is also not known. Can you help identify the part and is it available through you?

window balance broken on double hung Jeld Wen window 2004 approximate year. Also, on another window, the pegs that fit into the balance broke on both sides of the window, not sure if they make replacement parts for that or need new window. It is a wood clad window.

The pivot pins are 2 1/2" long. One has a number 1 on it and the other has a number 8. The other part only needs the metal brake. Any advice?
