Hello I am looking for a pair of window balances for a double hung from Kolbe Kolbe. They are tilt in windows. The metal portion is what is cracked and broken. I am unable to find the model number on the window shoe.

Broken need a new one

Was cleaning the window and the coil on one side broke. Not sure what brand it is but the serial number is 053-618554. The manuf date is 9/8/04.

The metal pivot point fractured (can partly see from the pictures) when the window was tilted. Can you determine the type of pivot shoe in the photos? There is a "G" molded on the inside of the shoe. Looks like a coil balance shoe.

I think this is a pivot shoe- coil balance shoe 15-177 on the website here. Can anyone confirm so I can order a replacement? Thank you!

Hi the metal cam part is broken on this one bottom sash and so window is difficult to move up and down.sash is not held by pivot shoe. W329321-1 is number on sash and AAMA code is PAR-1 series 8321-1.

Can you help identify this window shoe balance? Markings on the window 03-12-04 AWC-1148 IGCC-C-03 and on a sticker on a sash it says 113-014881

Trying to get some replacement parts for a window sash. This includes both the pivot bar and also the coil on the side of the frame since its broke.

I didn't see a photo of the coil balance for my bathroom window. The coil balance measures 1/2" wide by 1 3/16" diameter. It has a letter E stamped into it. The sash weighs around 10 lbs on a bathroom scale. Printing on the sash reads: Rehau K 600287-001 10/31/04 13:18 9882 The window is a ... (cont.)

The bottom of this open circle on the pivot shoe is cracked. What piece do I need to purchase to replace it with? it has to hook up to the piece halfway up the window with the resistance needed to hold the window open.

Good morning - hopefully you can see in the photo - the ?seat? that the pin on the side of the window sits in is broken and when tilting in of course just falls out. Can you also help with instruction on how to replace the part? Thanks! Beth
