15-177 Coil Balance Shoe, Slate Blue

Hello, Just moved into a home. Seems some of the windows will not stay up. Looks like the window shoes may have broken (see attached pics). The windows do not have any sort of brand marking on them so I do not know what it is. I am not sure what type of shoe or coil I need or the poundage it may be ... (cont.)

I would like to know the part number for the pictures attached.

They are 1/2 inch thick Window is about 16 pounds One part is stationary while the other part with the pivot bar moves with the window Please send part numbers for the coil assembly and pivot bars.

Window shoe from Comfort World Brand double hung window. Likely comfort world 4000. Pivot cam is the only piece that has failed. Pivot cam is 5/8" diameter. Pivot cam depth is 1/2" Top to bottom length of shoe is 1 7/16". Width is 1 1/4". Depth is 1/2".

I can't find the make and model of the window and don't know how to take the pivot shoe off the window

Fitting that rises up and down at the bottom of the actual window. Fitted into side slider cavity.

I'm looking for some window coil balances full set ups. As far as identifying markings all I see is the letters "DL" written on coil and the letters a b c d e f written down the sides of the plastic housing in two places.

Can you tell me if you carry the related shoe to part #26-446 that isn't for a constant force coil ? Existing window has block & tackle sash balance. I'd like to repair just the shoe and pivot without having to retro fit a coil balance on top of it. Thank you, Cory

part i need is the metal piece 5/8" dia x 1/2" thick slot for window pin is 3/16" wide windows originally from brunot and hollabaugh in meadville pa 16335 approx 2005 i tried to get part thru them for about 4 months(last year) i really only need 1 but i would purchase 4

I have two bathroom windows that will no longer slide, so I guess I need both the parts that go in the frame (x8) and the replacement metal posts that go in the window glass frames that slide as well. On Easton vinyl windows they use coil balance shoe 15-177. At the top of the sash there are 2 plastic pieces that interlock. The bottom piece has a post that goes inside the coil spring. The top piece interlocks to with the bottom piece to give it added strength to support the spring. I've foun ... (cont.)

1/2" wide coil. Only marking is a 13 on the top part. Looking for complete replacement parts.

I measure differently than what you have on your website I do not have spreaders to get it out and the cutout is to high in the window, I believe it is only 1/2" thick
