I was putting the tilt window back in after washing it and the metal cam in the bottom balance/pivot lock shoe broke. What part do I need and how do I take it out to repair/replace it? Thank you so much for your help! Robin

The metal insert in the pivot shoe failed would you have a replacement. Alside is supposed to send me one in a month. Please let me know if additional pictures would be helpful or if other info is needed.

Hi can u tell me what is the correct dual or double coil balance support for the 15-177 shoe? The one shown in my pics doesn't seem to fit correctly. I need a double coil balance support for the pictures of the coils and shoe that I sent.

Which dual coil balance support goes with the coil shoe 15-177. I ordered the 1/2 inch dual support and the 3/8 inch dual support but I don't think either are correct.

When I open my window(lift it up) I can see two of this parts at the bottom of the window frame in both sides. It looks like these parts hold the window open since they are broken and my window will not hold open position any more. I showed these pics to the window/door guy in Homedepot but he said ... Does it matter what side the coil strips are facing when installing the coil balance and balance shoe? I mean if one set up is going on the right side of the window, should the strips of coil face the left or the right! Thanks!
