Hi Swisco, I have two Milgard windows which are broken and are the same size. I need to replace this entire balance assembly (2 per window, 4 in total). Stamped on the rail is "26 4 GU CMC 4". Overall, I need to buy 4 assemblies as well as the "Take out clips" which were all broken. Can you please ... (cont.)

They measure 1/2" and the length is 28 5/8" I need 2 if these (left and right side) I also need the little hook thing at the top of the frame that you pry out with a flat head screwdriver. I'll take 2 if those also Thanks!

Hi. I have single hung vinyl windows. When I try to take out the sash I pull out the takeout clips and raise the sash. When I get to the take out clips I feel the clips engage.
