Tenant broke off the latch lever handle. Do we need a whole new main handle assembly or is there a way to replace just the lever handle? In case we do need to replace the entire assembly, the screws are just under 4" apart. What do you recommend? Thank you.

The house was built in 59. The door is original. There is a lable at eye level on the stationary part of the door that says (I think) Miller California. It is in the center where the two meet. I have a door with Trimview lock like your 82-262. Need to replace it with a keyed lock. The keyed version of this lock is discontinued. It looks like 82-055K would fit as a replacement. What do you recommend ?

Hardware from an old (46 years) PPG K Herculite glass slider is worn. The brown catch has a gap on the edge and can no longer hold the door closed.
