Looking for a replacement for the sliding doors locks

The original latch on a 1957 mid-century home sliding door does not work, located in Venice, Florida near the beach. The latch sticks on the face plare as it moves forward and should be proud of the face plate when it is in is relaxed position.

I am having a hard time locating this type of hardware for my sliding doors. The sliding doors are rather old and as you can see the lock is on the handle itself. There is no lock within the aluminum framing. Please help identifying the hardware thank you.
