Hi! I looked in the back of my door handle and found a patient number that took me to your website! The wood handle part is fine but the brown plastic part that goes on the outside is broken... I took one picture close up so you could see the plastic part that holds the screw in place is broken. Is ... (cont.)

The sliders are old but in very good condition so I'm hoping to find this replacement part. The inner handle is fine, I just need the part in the photo.

Need help finding this door handle assembly

Hi, this is an original (80's) door handle from the construction of my condo unit. As you can see the handle just broke off completey. The screws are 2" long and the as you can see the latch or the keeper slides under the frame shaped in an L-shape. It's seem unique and I can't seem to find a brand ... (cont.)

In an older home in San Diego California. Tooth on lock mechanism broken on each of three doors. Sliding glass Doors work well new wheel bearings installed. Just need to see if parts available to repair latching/lock mechanism

Do you have parts? The plastic thumb latch (red arrow in pic) on some is broken. I can activate the mechanism with a flat screwdriver through the round hole in the side. I want to replace a broken door handle on my sliding door. I have photos to explain my existing door handle. I believe the mechanism is what you call "surface mounted." Mounting screws are 2 and 3/4 inches apart.
