82-226 Mortise Lock, 4-5/8"

The lock on my sliding patio door is no longer latching when it is in the lock position. I need to find a part to fix this.

Sash controller failed to work. On removing it I found a small triangular piece had broken off from what appears to be the outside rear encasement.

West window sliding door 26 years old West no longer sells this lock and tell me you would have the replacements

There is fixed handle on my Marvin slider 6' patio door. The lever behind it flips up to unlock the slider and flips down to lock the door. The lever must be broken because it just flops up and down easily with no resistance like it used to have.

Need new latch

This is the interior handle for a Herculite K sliding glass door. The most prominent number I see on the glass is 16CFR1201. I have two of these doors, and both have broken in the same way. The backing plate has broken at the top right corner. I would love to replace these two handles. ... (cont.)

I recently purchased part 82-086 Which fits perfectly! My internal mechanism is corroded so I cannot make use of the lock. Is there a part that could replace it? To be compatible with 82-086? Thank you Sherri

I have an andersen slider and was looking to replace it with a keyed handle. Would this style work? Also what other pieces would I need to order? I would appreciate any information as I am looking to order this week. Thank you

We have two sliding doors, one with a keyed exterior entry (IMG_1494c) and the other with only the interior latch opener (IMG_1493c). What is the part(s) we need to replace the latching mechanism (the part that hooks onto the door jam)? Do we need a different one for the door that opens with a key ... (cont.)

Handle set has 3-15/16" hole spacing. Need a replacement handle and mortise lock. The mortise lock fell inside the door.

I am trying to find the parts needed to replace the lock on this type of door. The locking part does not fully latch with the plate and when it does it is easy to yank free. Thank you for your help

I haven't removed this yet. Is it possible to determine which lock replacement I need without removing? Thanks, Adam

The exterior handle has a threaded sleeve that attaches the screws from the inside handle. One sleeve is broken. Center line is 3.937. Sliding door is SGD-R20-96X96 / SERIES 870 / AAMA. Thanks ! Dan

I am rebuilding a sliding patio door on my mother's home. The original door handle and locking mechanism are missing. Can you identify which handle and lock I would need by the pictures. The door will not lock. It seems the finger won't extend care enough to catch. The adjustment screw did not seem to help.
