I have 18" x 3/8" balance rods. What type of shoe? It looks llike partially broken off...?

Hi, Looking for a 5/8" diameter x 23" long spiral balances. The tip color is white but not sure that it was the correct balance. The sash weight is 18 lbs. Photo shows the clip. Thanks

Hello My spiral balance are 9/16 red top non tilt. The attachment at bottom of sash is missing. The rub block is still on top of sash. 24" tube length. What do I need for attachment at bottom of sash? Thank you!!!!

I have 9 better built windows. That I bought new spiral bouncers for. I cant install them because you guys do not have a video from my type of model window. I was curious to know if I could get some help from you so I can install them.

I have 2 windows that need all 4 balances replaced. I know they are 29" by 3/8" red balances. But I can't tell what kind of foot they need. Can you tell from these photos? They are aluminum non-tilt windows, likely made in the 70s.

I removed the old balances which were broken, any hardware to anchor the spiral to the bottom of the window sash is not there, never was. It appears that it is up in the channel out of sight. Anyway I replaced both,(from SWISCO), wound with the special tool, allowed the spiral to retract out of si ... (cont.)

I am pretty sure I have the Series 400 spiral balance. It looks like I have something like the 17-025 bracket, but how can I be sure? And how do I install it?It's screwed on to the side of the sash and I don't see how I can access those screws. I can't figure out how to access my old balance brack ... (cont.)

I have these failing channel balances, and would like to replace them, just so no one looses a finger in the window. This the clip that is screwed to the inside of the sash and holds the spiral balancer. Measurements are Length 1" and Width 9/16" Thank you!

The alum window bottom sash has a hollow (three sided) (open towards the bottom) channel running along the bottom. Does the bracket (#25) just snap into that channel with the hook towards the outside and the snap-in (1 inch tall) portion to the inside? There is nothing to screw into on this window w ... (cont.)
