coil broke on both window I took a picture of the window sticker as well

Cant seem to find new pivot shoe for window. Coils have a 8 and 4 stamp on them

Measures 1 5/16 x 3 15/16. Coil is stamped 8 Was brought to us like this...no pic of it installed.

Not sure the window manufacturer, only indentifying number/letter i can find on the part in the picture is a "D L" on the coil itself. The plastic coil covers also have an "E" on one and an "H" on the other.

Hello I manage a apartment complex and the owners bought us the spring balance pivot shoes shown above from you. However the pivot bars we have are shaped differently and do not fit in the shoe please advise what type of bar is needed to fit. Thank you

Hi there. The two coils on my ViWinTech window broke. The bottom half of the window opens about 18" or so. The only stamp on the coil seems to be an "F". I think I need S152-9(?). The shoes and other hardware all seem to be fine. Thank you!

Hey, Just trying to figure out how to order a double Coil replacement and a boot replacement as well since the metal brake/tab snapped. Should I buy a new shoe and coils separately or as a set. I will need 4 for two windows

Hi. I need help replacing a balance spring that broke. The only marking I can find on it is a 6 (or maybe a 9, see photo). Which part should I order? I have calipers and can take measurements if needed. When I weighed the sash, it was around 14 lbs, but I can weigh again if needed. ... (cont.)

Hello, below is all the data I have on the window. Its in a local cat shelter so I don't know how the RH pivot shoe got damaged. Looking to replace the entire mechanism. I was told the springs are as follows. S175BS and S175BL. I'm looking for a complete assembly if possible.

Looking for this part and the barrel and the sleeve the barrel rides on can’t find them . . It appears to be 8lbs is it the 15-177 ? Does it come complete? If not what are the 3 parts #'s. Thanks

Pls check to see which parts are required. I see the #8 on the spring. Hopefully, the measurements help. Pls let know is I must change out the screws or covers whatever that might be.
