S152-8 8 lb Series 152 Coil Balance

I have a window which is about 30x36 and this is a picture of the coil springs without the covers on. The window, when open just quickly drops down. I am curious because it seems like the center coils were never working in unison with the outer coils. As in they never fastened or connected with the ... (cont.)

I need help identifying a replacement part. One of the window pivot shoes is broken. There are absolutely no brand markings on these windows.

One coil has an 8 on it, the other coil has a 9 and the pivot shoe has 15a inscribed on it. I need an explanation on how to attach the coils to the pivot shoe. Also if I even have all the right parts to put it together in the first place

These windows are replacement windows in a rental unit that have been beat hard! We can't find replacement coil balances anywhere and none of the windows have manufacturers info on them.

This is 1-1/4"Wide x 1-1/2"Tall x 1/2" thick. The spring is stamped F8. The window weighs 16lbs. Is it available, or what would the replacement be? Is it parts, or is there a whole assembly? This was a Patriot Double hung Type "VSDH" Code "GVW-K-1" Thank you, Dwight
