Hi I need to replace some parts on 20+ year old Window World vinyl tilt windows--a few coil balance shoes and a few coil balances. I'm sure this is a 15-177, the problem I'm having is the coil. There's an "F" stamped on the outside, instead of a number.

Hi, I'm trying to find the window stops and balancer for the grandview windows in my home. I need 4 window stop pins and one set of balancers.

Photos: broken spring installed (right hand side), uninstalled, and closeup of marking. For closeup of marking, it looks to be badly stamped 8K (but less possibly 3K). The number 8 is printed on the metal coil part. It's 1.25 inches wide and about 7/8 inches thick

Hello, I know I need a series 152 balance spring as it is a 1/2 inch wide. I'm not so sure on the weight size as the springs only have an E stamp on them both top and bottom window springs. I can't pull my window up. Taking the window off, it looks like the pivot bar on one side is broken. I couldn't see the pivot bar on the other side either so I don't know if there was any. This coil balance is for an Alside Excaliber CT ETC double-hung window. Spring width is 0.5". There is a code "8K" stamped near the lower attachment end. Is a #152-8 coil balance correct for this window? Thanks!

Short coil has a C on it. Long coil has a CL on it. Sash is vinyl with thermal pane approximately 26" by 33"
