S350-28 28" Series 350 Channel Balance

Hi, See attached picture of the 2 channel balances that I took out from my windows. The markings on the balances are 2110 w/ an upside down J and 2710 w/ an upside down J. Do I need to replace the whole balance or can I get just the string that hold the tension? The measurements are L-28? - W-1/2? - D-1/2? What would be the correct size needed to replace? Thank you.

Hi Swisco: We have six "Western Windows" with old/broken channel balances. Please help us identify - they all look like the S350 style. Two windows (4 channels) #2720 Four windows (8 channels) #2790 35 We will also replace 12 take-out clips. I hope the photos help. Thanks. Bob.

Hello! I'm unable to see the ends of your balance clearly. Can you turn them on an angle so that any "wings" on the attachments are visible, and then send more photos?I suspect the bottom attachment has wings, and I can see that the top attachment has none. Our 28" channel balance matches the S350-28 except the the dimension for the shoe is for 15-005 (1" instead of 1-3/32"). It has 2730 stamped on back. How do I order it with that shoe and the 19-002 top?

Hi I need a total of 14 window balance sets I have 9 that are 34 in Long and have a number on it that says 3340 and has a sideways marking that says tsf. it is weird though because some of the same size ones have the same number but have a u at the back end of it says 3340U tsf.
