Hi, I am waiting for an Auto-Notify to let me know when the S350-28 with option '2740' is back in stock. But My window sash weighs 20lbs. I am thinking what if it will work with option '2750' instead. Would you give me an advice on this. Thank you.

Non-tilt window. Stamp reads 27 4 AT Caldwell. Need replacement balance.

Please help- I have several windows which won't open and I am trying to determine the correct replacement balance. I know it is 28 inches, type A, non tilt but I can't determine what type based upon the ends.

I am replacing the channel balances and sash guides on three windows all the same size and manufacturer. The opening portion of the window weighs 17.9 pounds. 2740H on block/tackle spring, length is 28. Dimensions on photo of sash spring guides were done with tape measure and not a caliper, so not down to 32nd. Need 6 springs and 6 guides. Thanks! Jeremy

Balance is stamped BSI 2730V. The bottom guide is 1 3/32 deep so think it's the 15-004 but can't find a match for the top guide. It has no side tabs is Need help identifying the proper top guide.
