Hi 2230 is inscribed. Looks similar to series 710 on one end, but the other end appears to to be more of a horn shape- terrible description, sorry but correct word escapes me. Would also be looking to replace the connection points on the actual window

If you could direct me to the correct part for this metal window this balancer should not have a hook in the back of the block and tackle if I'm not mistaken

Hello, Looking to replace these old ballasts. I have 6 windows that have this size ballast. Smaller windows - I can measure but first wanted to figure out the right hardware. I'm a GC but this is for my own condo. Thanks, Nathan

Hi, several of these window sash cams have broken in my windows, but I can't find an exact replacement. Without them I'm unable to engage the window balancer (I have single pane single hung windows) Any help?

My window balance fell from the window pane and now needs to be replaced. The the spring is detached from the pulley as shown in the attached 3 pictures. Repairman skipped town with the four balance rs from our 40 Yr old townhouse in Longport NJ. Original Builder grade Double Hung are side by side 36 wide by 30" high top and bottom sash. ordered 28" 710 balance 2740(item # S710-28) and Acorn 5/8" top sash guide(item # 18-041). Replace old window balance with different top sash guide. Does it work?

The part number on the balancer is 2840. I think I have found the right part on your site but not sure if it is the correct one. Maybe you can help me make the correct purchace.
