Hi I have 6 windows in my home that would be great with a little TLC. I don't know brand of window but the part has a BSI 2830 and is 19 inch long. It comes from a tilt out window. Please advise. Looking forward to your help. Thank you Cheryl

Jordan windows about 22 years old and the length is 29 inches but cannot find a stamp number on them.

I need to replace the channel balances and sash guides for 6 windows. The balances are 29". The top attachment does not have "wings" but otherwise look similar. I have Jordan windows installed in 1986. The balance is 29"metal measurement. "2810" is stamped on metal. No other numbers. No wings on plastic part One side is fine. Other side has broken spring and broken black plastic piece.

I need either a S351 or S390. My balance bottom guide measures 1 1/16" which appears to be between the S351 and S390. Should I go with the S351 or S390. My part is marked 28 4 EP Caldwell if that helps

These windows are from 1995. I can see LN CALDWELL imprinted on the back, but I can't read the number. This one is 30" long end to end.Thanks,elgin
