Balance is 30 inches long and 9/16 wide it is stamped 2940 at the end. I have attached some pictures of the ends. I need to know which one I need to order. Also I have a picture of a plastic piece that attaches to the window. I need to know which part I need to order

I need to replace single hung, non-tilt ,block and tackle window sash balances. Old part has 2940 BS1 stamped on it. Channel width 1/2", length of metal 30",channel depth 5/8". Both top and bottom shoes are winged. Your series 380 has the correct top shoe (19-005) but my old bottom winged shoe only ... (cont.)

Sash guide black this is the part number I think it is please verify because mine doesn't have a number 18-161 Channel balance has a part number 3420. My length is 35 inches of the metal part of it and about 1/2 inch wide.

The Balance spring is from an Alcon window. It has a part number 2910. The metal channel is 1/2 inch wide by 30 inches long. Overall length with end pieces is 31 inches. Looks like you photo of S380 or S385. I need 6 of them for 3 widows with the end pieces installed.
